We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). The data controller is the owner indicated in Article 1.

Article 3. What data we process and why

Orders: name, shipping address, email and phone number, to prepare your order, ship it, send the confirmation and deal with any issues. Legal basis: performance of the purchase contract.

Newsletter: your email address, to send you store news and alerts about new batches, together with your welcome code. Legal basis: your express consent (the box you tick when subscribing). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Availability alerts: if you leave your name and email via the "notify me when available" button on a product, we use them solely to send you that alert. Legal basis: your consent. No reservations and no obligation to buy.

Customer account: your login details, so you can view your orders. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Article 4. Data recipients

We only share your data with those strictly necessary to provide the service: the courier company (to deliver your parcel), PayPal (if you pay through their platform) and the website’s technical providers (hosting and email). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.

Article 5. Data retention

We keep order data for the periods required by tax and consumer regulations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
